Player Picks on BBC Radio 2
Yesterday afternoon the band's superstar third cornet player and serial tweeter Tim Hewitt achieved his 15 minutes of fame when his selection of oldies was played on Steve Wright's Big Show on BBC Radio 2.
For those you do not listen to Steve's show (and if not, why not?) you will know that he plays a selection of songs each day picked by one of his listeners. As one of Steve's many devoted fans Tim sent in his selection and it was played in all of its glory on The Big Show on Wednesday afternoon.
